How do i create an account?

To create an account with us all you do i simply hover over 'Account' in the top right corner of the page and click register. You will then be taken to the register or login page simply click 'Register' and fill out the form. You have then registered.

What do i do if i have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password simply hover over 'Account' in the top right corner and click 'Login' Underneath 'Returning Customer' you can see highlighted 'Forgotten Password' Click this and enter your details to rest your password.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with your order simply e-mail us at: zerosevenuk@hotmail.com and our customer service team will assist your right away.

My item does fit me how do i return it for an exchange?

If you receive your item and it doesn't fit. E-mail us at: orders@zero-seven.co and we will assist you further.

I'd like a refund on my purchase how do i do this?

If you are unhappy with your purchase simply e-mail us at: orders@zero-seven.co within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

Is there Zero Seven high street store?
